Senior Adult Day Care
Enhancing Memories
|
 The Adult Day Care Program provides a comfortable,
safe and stimulating atmosphere.
Kindness, caring and patience
are important staff qualities.
Supervision and personalized
care are provided, while preserving
participants dignity.
The Social Model Adult Day Care Program provides
services for the older adult with early to middle stages of memory
loss or confusion who suffer from various Dementia, Alzheimer's
Disease, or other related illnesses.
Caregivers can chose
to have their loved ones participate
in either a
Part time day
(9:30
am - 2:00 pm)
Full time
day (9:30 am - 4:30 pm)
Extended Day(9:30am - 8:00pm)
Saturday (11:00am - 2:30pm)
How
many days per week a loved one
attends the program is also determined
by the caregiver.
The Adult Day Care
Program opened over twelve years ago
to serve seniors who needed more
attention than the traditional
senior programs could provide.
The goal is to reduce institutional
care and provide respite for
caregivers or loved ones.

Coffee or tea and a snack are served every morning when participants
arrive.

nutritious lunch
is served at noon, for extended hours dinner is served.

A nutritious
afternoon snack for
full time participants
is served.
